TOC page appears even though it has been deleted from the template

I have adapted a global PDF template to not have a table of contents page.

Within the Document Sections tab after clicking edit on the PDF template, I clicked the delete page button next to TOC and the page seemed to have disappeared on the template however, when I export a page using this template, the TOC page is still there.

Just exported the page over ten times and it seems to have now been deleted. Not sure why, but the problem is now resolved.
