Hi. We're seeing an issue where our confluence reports are failing. We have several reports built using the Page Properties and Page Properties Report and Table Transformer macros. I don't see that anything changed with any of our pages that would have caused this.
I've created a copy of a report and removed macros one by one to see if I can find the problem. I whittled the sql down to something very simple and I'm getting this:
T1 should exist. It existed before. I can also see that in the Page Properties Report on the page, columns and data are showing up, which makes me think that at least the Page Properties Report is generating the table.
Any ideas?
Hey @Bill Howard ,
I'm guessing you're using Stiltsoft's app, which then contains the mentioned macro?
Anyway, I've added additional labels to this question so someone from the vendor team could stumble upon this.
I'm not so into this app/macro, so I can't say much. I'd suggest reaching out to the vendor directly (if we're talking about Stiltsoft, here's the support link/info; these should be listed for every Marketplace app).
Vendors are usually quite responsive and helpful.
Cheers,
Tobi
Hi @Bill Howard ,
As the question was created on Friday, we suppose that it was smth temporary related to Atlassian maintenance. We experienced similar issues on our Cloud instances as well with the following error in browser console:
"Cannot invoke \"com.atlassian.confluence.api.model.content.ContentBody.getValue()\" because \"toConvert\" is null"
Later that day everything returned back to normal.
But if your issue still persists and in case of any other questions related to the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app, please contact our support portal directly.
