Table of Contents Macro Not Keeping Settings

So I've been toying with creating/editing custom templates for our company.

One of the templates has a 'Table of Contents' macro.

If edit the Maximum heading value, it doesn't save when I save the template.
It saves the Minimum heading value, just not the 'Maximum' value.

Advice?

Nevermind.  It eventually started working, but was a bit glitchy.

Couldn't get 'Exclude' to work, but I have it figured out.  Not sure how I fixed it, but it started working.
