Hi wanted to check
1) I've copied and pasted a protocol (to make a new updated version) do the table of contents links automatically transfer across with the links or do I need to take any further actions? here is what the protocol looks like in draft (please see attached image)
2) also how do I link other policies to this protocol?
sorry for the newbie questions! :)

Hi Binita, welcome to the Community!
I see you're editing two pages that use the legacy editor.
The Table of Contents macro will make links to any headers on the page it's added to, for that page. Copying/pasting the macro to a new page means that the table of contents macro on that page will make links to the new page also. Generally this is what you'll want.
As for the links shown with bullet points here - these most likely link to another page somewhere else if you've copied and pasted these to your new page. You'd have to click on each link to inspect the link target to see where they point.
To create links to your new page, you can copy the the link URL from your Table of Contents macro when you're viewing the page. This will give you a link address that points to specific sections in your page. On the page you want to add the link to, either use Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) to bring the link dialogue up, or do it from the toolbar at the top of the editor:
Then you can either search for the new page you created, or use the Advanced tab on the left sidebar and paste the link you copied from the table of contents.
I hope that helps answer your question, but if anything was unclear or you have more questions, I'm happy to answer more!
Cheers,
Daniel
