Hello Alexander,

Thank you for contacting us.

I've tested this in both the old editor and new editor. I am only replicating it in the new editor on Cloud. Can you confirm if you are experiencing the same? Does this work for you when testing on the old editor?

I'm also interested to know which browsers you were able to replicate this in. Is it only Chrome, or are you having the same problem across other browsers?

Thank you for your help!

Regards,

Shannon

@Shannon S it reproduces when I am creating not the blog post in the new editor and this is the standard editor (maybe this is the old).

It reproduces in the:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox

It works only in Microsoft Edge.

This is the example from our public documentation.

Alexander,

Thank you for confirming that. If you're creating a blog post, then it does use the new editor. I believe this is the bug that is affecting you:

  • CONFCLOUD-62589 Following a link to an anchor within another page doesn't scroll at all after getting to the other page

Please click This affects my team and you will be automatically added to the list of watchers.

Let me know if you have any questions about that!

Regards,

Shannon
