Table of content - blog post home page displaying titles from all articles

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I usually create a table of content for blog posts. However, when I open the home page of the blog, the TOC picks up article titles and TOC headings from all the articles. Below are images from both the instances, the second one is the right behaviour!
