Table toolbox with table filter + table excerpt challenge

Hi there,
I want to achieve the following:
- document my systems by having 1 page/ system

- create an overview that gathers data from the individual pages

Thus:

- created a template with ~10 different tables, these are held in a "Table toolbox with a table filter + table excerpt".
- the 10 different tables have unique names

e.g. contacts, rules, ids, interfaces, etc...

On a summery page I use the "Table Excerpt Include" Macro.

For some of the tables I get the below error message:

"No Table Excerpt macro with name contacts found. Did you publish the page with the Table Excerpt macro?"

Names were checked mutltiple times and it even sometimes it seems to work partially.

Thus wondering whether there are any limitations I have overseen?

Happy to go for another approach if necessary.

The described approach is correct, this use case is one of the most popular ones regarding these macros among our customers.

Please contact our support portal directly for troubleshooting (the portal is confidential, we'll be able to ask for your page storage, recreate the macro setup, and investigate what is going wrong).

Unfortunately, we are stuck: last year we've got an email from another Community manager with a proposition to get a lozenge. As a result, this ticket was created: https://support.atlassian.com/requests/PSD-101590

On 13/Nov/24 we posted answers to the questionnaire, and since then the status of the ticket remained as "Atlassian investigating".

So, we continue to answer related questions as it is.
