Task Report Macro not loading

I have a Task Report macro that I have been using for years and today (Sept 29 2021) it is not loading.  Any suggestions?

No errors.  Just says I have no Incomplete Tasks, which I do.

I did have it only looking for labels for "meeting-notes" (this has been the setting for years) as this is where I want to track but when I remove this filter it seems to work.  I didn't change anything so I don't know why it stopped working but at least I can see my incomplete tasks now.  I just can't filter just on "meeting-notes".
