I am using the Task Report macro to display incomplete tasks in a space, after a specific date. When we complete a task on the originating page and the page is a live doc, it is still showing as incomplete. When I convert the live doc to a page, the Task Report no longer shows the completed tasks as expected.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I couldn't find an open bug for this issue.
Hi @Leanne Priest welcome to the community! I did find CONFCLOUD-82406 on Atlassian's Jira Site which seems very similar. From that work item, do you see them on your Task Report after 15 minutes or so?
If you wanted some clarification on that work item if it's the same issue you are having, you could have your System Administrator contact Atlassian Support and have them weigh in.
Hope that helps.
Thanks @Dan Breyen for sharing that issue. In some instances my colleague reported there was a delay, but think that was from a page and not a live doc. My experience is that it never updates from a live document, even when I remove the Task report and re-add it.
Once I converted all of the live docs to pages the tasks appeared or disappeared, which is not ideal as we're loving the Live Doc feature!
I'll see if we can get one of our sys admins to contact Atlassian support to provide feedback.

Hi @Leanne Priest did your sys admins find a solution?
I am experiencing the same exact issue you described above.

I am curious if there was a solution for this.
We have the exact same problem. Loving the Live Docs, but tasks are not disappering from the Task report.
Both ways this is not working: completing from the task report is not updating the task on the Live Doc (and the task remains on the report) and marking the task complete on the original Live Doc is not updating the task report either.
Converting the Live Doc to a normal page solves this, but that highly restricts the use for Live Docs....
