Task report - Filtering on Labels or Assignee not possible

When working with task, we want to use the task report to to show the different tasks of each person.

Therefore we want to set a filter in the task report "Assigned to". When clicking there, the message "No options" is shown. This also applies to "Label(s)".

Any ideas?
