Team Calendar CalDav Syncronizer

Hi

I am trying to use CalDav as given in https://confluence.atlassian.com/teamcal/subscribe-to-team-calendars-from-microsoft-outlook-251005307.html

while implementing step 3 

3. Subscribe to the calendar in Outlook

I am unable to find the calendar folder  as given in point 6.( Trying to find a share calandar) in the drop down.  Only My calandar folder showing up but not the shared calandar.. Is its a limitation or any configuration required from my end É
