Hiya! We're running Confluence 3.5.13, with Oracle, and the browser is IE8 with Team Calendars 1.9.0 and its running swimmingly, except for one class of users, "The East". These users that are in a different facility, remote, and while they have great bandwidth, it looks like Team Calendars is not working for them.

Symptoms: The user goes to the Confluence dashboard gets a swirly-wait-indicator. Also, the user clicks on My Calendars:

http://blah.foo:8080/calendar/mycalendar.action

...they see a page with only the top-nav, the breadcrumbs, an empty calendar and the Month Week List in the top-right,...with a twirly-wait-spinner going around and around, forever.

Is there some https: or some other twist in how TC works that we can't figure out? The users are otherwise able to use Confluence and its all good.

G.

p.s. We've tried it with FF and same thing.

Hi Gregory,

We haven't had a report of this kind of problem before. It is probably best that you raise a support ticket so we can help you get to the bottom of this.

Cheers, Matt
