I started a free trial for Team Calendars in our Atlassian OnDemand.
Every time I try entering an event , none of our existing users are recognized
in the "Who" field
This seems to be a problem that will require Support Assistance, please feel free to open a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com
This seems to be a bug that is affecting production at this stage.

Thanks Felipe, I did. There was indeed a problem in the system, the sysadmin had to re-build the indexes, it's working fine now.
