Tengo problema con link application in jira software(Server) con confluence Cloud

We currently have software on the server and Confluence on the Cloud, the connection was already synchronized but link time tells me that the link was not found.

Does the problem occur with all pages or only certain pages? 

Is Jira behind a proxy or firewall?
