The attached images cannot be previewed

This has lasted more than one month now. All the images cannot be previewed when clicked, which was not the case before. Everyone else in the team does not have this problem. 

See attached screenshot for the problem.

I am using Safari and high sierra.

Hi Jun,

I understand you are seeing an error message when you try to preview images in Confluence.

Please let me know:

• The file types of the images, for example are they .jpeg, .png, .pdf, etc?
• Can you preview the images in Chrome or Firefox?
• Can you preview attachments that are not images, for example, MS Word documents?
•  What version of Confluence you are using if it is hosted by your company (otherwise, is it Confluence Cloud?)
• If a teammate who can preview the images uses your computer to log into Confluence, can they preview images on your computer? (If so we know it is "something" with your account, if they experience the issue on your computer then we know it is "something" with your computer.)

Hi Ann,

To answer some of your questions:

• the problem happens for various types, including .jpeg png pdf 
• I tried with chrome and it works there. But I prefer to use Safari.
• I am using Confluence cloud
• I don't think it has anything to do with my account since Chrome works.

It sounds like you may be experiencing the issue described in this bug report:

Confluence Image preview is not working in Safari 11

If you go to Safari>About Safari does it say you are using version 11?
