The create a new template page is limiting me to a small ~150px square for editing

When I go to Space Settings > Templates and click Create New Template, the page has gone weird in Confluence cloud.

The breadcrumbs, labels, and title appear halfway down the page. When I paste in my content, it goes into a small spot about 150px by 75px that develops scrollbars. I tried adding a section, but it appears inside the tiny box below the existing tiny section.

I tried previewing it, but it is still in the tiny scroll box.
