The create button has disappeared from Confluence 6.14

Cannot find create button, cannot find my templates, the plus just gets rid of the header, I have full permissions for everything.

Check your logs to see what error is being thrown. 

What you described makes me suspect something went wrong with the application itself or a key addon.

Unfortunately, I cannot tell unless I see the logs.

It was just moved to the bottom of the page, it is NOT intuitive, the admin had to show us where it is, its just a plus sign now, I suggest you put the create button back on the top of the page in the next release, nobody in my company can find it.
