The homepage becomes blank and cannot be searched properly

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When the homepage suddenly becomes blank and normal search cannot be performed, the reconstruction index returns to normal.
May I ask what caused it? Scheduled tasks?
