Three notifications are getting triggered for single page update when descendent plugin is enabled

We have Descendent Notification Plugin version : 1.3.6 installed in our Confluence 4.3.7server.

For some page updates, three emails are getting trigerred for each page updates for all watchers.

If plugin is disabled, the behaviour is normal and only one email is getting triggered.
