Too much space between the page title and the top page edge

There is too much space between the page title and the top page edge. Is there a way to fix it using CSS? Tried something like:

@page {

     margin-top: 0;

}

and it doesn`t help at all.

Also, the font size of the doc is too small, but I can not change it using CSS, nothing happens. I try this:

body,p,li,td,table,tr,.bodytext,.stepfield {

    line-height: 1.2;

    font-size: 12pt;

}

Last week, it worked fine. Please, help, thanks.

I'm gonna sound like a broken record but the best way to get consistently good looking pdfs from Confluence - without headache - is to use Scroll PDF exporter.
