Hey all,
Question:
Is there any way to run analytics upon which files were downloaded in confluence and how many times?
This is for the Cloud instance.
Thanks,
Hey Val,
There isn't any way to track downloads built into Confluence Cloud but there are analytics add-ons in the Marketplace which may be helpful. I checked documentation for a couple of them and tracking downloads was not mentioned, but it could be a functionality they didn't include in the documentation. It may be worthwhile to try a free trial of one or two of them.
Thanks,
Ann
