Hi @Nahla Mellouki and welcome to the Community!
Can you please clarify whether you're referring to "Workflows for Confluence" by AppFox?

Indeed, but no solution for that it seems. We appreciate if your developers can assist or align us with the product owner of the app. As we can't fix an issue without knowing the root cause, and putting a fix for future cases is just a half solution!

Hi Nahla, thanks so much for sharing your thoughts — we completely understand why this functionality would be valuable for your team. We've passed it along to our product team as a feature request, and it’s currently under consideration. As with any new feature, we’ll need to look into its feasibility and how it fits into our broader roadmap. Our Product Owner with the team are at TEAM25 Atlassian event this week, but we will be happy to meet when they're back next week.
