Training Macro

We would like to attach a short training to one of our pages. This training should act as a one-pager with 6 questions with 2 answers in each. Output of this training is a score sum which will be shown to the user right away after submission. I've done a quick marketplace research but i ve found only really robust solutions to this simple task. Anyone with any advice or experience with simple trainings within confluence?

We've made great experiences with Quizzes for Confluence for short basic trainings and started creating more complex courses.

Everything you mentioned can easily be realized with this addon. We are really happy with that.
