As a platform admins. How do you educate your users on how to use confluence? I get questions all the time. any free training material?

Here are some examples how we handle educating users:

• Train the trainers (space admins)
• Announcement Banner macro + monthly Confluence user group meetings via WebEx (anyone can attend).
• Record a 30 minute "How to use Confluence" video and include a link in your new user setup emails.
• Train a backup admin to handle lower level tickets.
