Transaction rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only during restore

I try to restore an XML bacup of confluence from version Atlassian Confluence 7.9.3 to Atlassian Confluence 7.13.1, but it stop at 90% complete with this error : Transaction rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only

It might a issue with a third party add-on, I would recommend to contact atlassian support team to investigate on this issue.
