Transferring data from Confluence to Smartsheet?

Hi, is it possible to transfer data from a Confluence page into Smartsheet? For example, I want to create fields in Confluence for our engineers to fill out and then have those information sent into the respective columns within Smartsheet, and vice versa.

While there is no native Smartsheet integration in Confluence, this can easily be done by embedding the Smartsheet intake form or fields into a Confluence page using an iFrame.
