Transferring global templates between sites

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Importing Templates

I've created a number of Global Templates in one Site (created with Confluence Server 5.9).

I wish to import these templates in another site (created with Confluence Cloud).

How do I proceed?

Hi Johan,  I believe your templates would be included in a whole site export, if that is how you plan to populate your your new Cloud site, but if you're not moving all your content and users over to the Cloud site I'm afraid re-creating the templates is probably the only option.
