Troubleshooting is not opening in our confluence Datacenter

Hi Team,

 

When we open the confluence Troubleshooting getting the below error .

Hi @Ravi Kumar K,

Using the exception ID you've got, check the log file atlassian-confluence.log. There must be an error.

Hi @Kseniia Trushnikova ,

 

Thanks for the update! The issue has been resolved .

We observed that the jira is running with the different user and we started with the jira user , after restarting with jira with correct user we can see the images.
