I am trying to set up an automation in Confluence in which, when a page is updated, an automated slack notification is sent
π <{{page.url}}|{{page.title}}> *Updated!*
π€ *Author*: {{page.author.fullName}} (<{{page.author.emailAddress}}>)
π *Published On*: {{page.dateLastUpdated.shortDate()}}
π *Summary*: {{aiSummary}}
I have tried {{aiSummary}} {{page.aiSummary}} and i have also tried a prior action where generate a summary, but the summary comes up blank. is there a way to pull an excerpt or label value on a page if i added a summary as a excerpt or lable to a page? looking for any options here.
Hi @Shai_Leib -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
My understanding is the AI-generated summaries only work for Premium and Enterprise license levels when Atlassian Intelligence is enabled for the product, such as Confluence. Your admins may have turned off the feature so please check with them to confirm.
Then the smart values should load by default for the relevant content: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/actions-in-confluence-automation/#Atlassian-Intelligence--AI-
If they are enabled and not working, please see the troubleshooting guide or check with Atlassian Support: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/troubleshoot-atlassian-intelligence/
Kind regards,
Bill
