Last Monday, I tried to enable the Graphity add-on from the Market Place. It took forever and then failed.
Each time I try again, it says 'we are seeing double', but configuring also fails eacht time
It simply does not save anything:
Contacting Graphity, they respond this is a problem on the infrastructure of Atlassian...
I cannot get this problem solved without Atlassian Support.

Since yours is one of at least 2 posts about this in my digest today, I would say there is some issue. I don't see anything related to the marketplace on https://status.atlassian.com/, but I have added a tag to escalate this to the Atlassian team.
