I would like to turn off demotion of headings when exporting a page hierarchy to PDF. I don't want H1 tags to become H2 tags.
As a workaround, I have embedded all Heading1 text in a div with a class called Heading1, and I have defined that class in the PDF Export CSS file. That works OK, although it will be a nuisance to do that with hundreds of pages.
I have not, however, been able to stop the main page title, which is also an H1, from being demoted. I can't find the right combination of classes or IDs to access it.
What CSS syntax is required to access a page title?
By the way, I have attempted to access the HTML source intermediate file to view the tags for a page title (as described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF53/Advanced+PDF+Export+Customisations), but the server cannot locate the intermediate html file.
I have a problem with this as well, as I am trying to get section numbering to work. Since I don't know what html (after "header demotion") is used it's total trial and error...
This is still a huge problem. Atlassian needs to provide control over header demotion and a way to turn it off.
