UML digarams not visible

Hi Community,

i have been using uml macro and code snippet/block to display the flow diagrams and it was always working well on confluence cloud.But recently i am not able to see any diagram when updating the page.It always shows up now like its loading but nothing shows up. Additionally i am trying with very simple uml diagram even those dont show up:

@startuml
Alice -> Bob: Authentication Request
Bob --> Alice: Authentication Response
@enduml

Any idea what could be the issue and how can i solve it?

This is definitely a plugin. Which one and is the license of the plugin still valid?

Hi Charlie! No nothing at all! We have trying to solve this issue since 2 days but we are stuck..I am using my company provided confluence and not adding the plugin externlly so i dont know what i am missing

Can you reach out to you Confluence administrator and ask them to check the plugin's license?

Do you know which plugin it is?
