Unable switch the nodes of confluence instance

Hi we are running DC confluence on 2 instances. So when I try to switch from node 1 to node 2 it says 500 error. Can anyone help me with this issue.

Hi @aravind1516 ,

Would recommend checking the logs on confluence node 2 to see what is causing the error on node 2? It would be difficult to know what the 500 error could be without the details. Sine that error could mean a number of things. 

If you can pinpoint the part of logs of where that error show up, that could give some clues for the community to help. Also, raise a ticket to Atlassian support as well and attach the support.zip.
