Unable to Download a saved file in confluence home temp folder using URL

I have a functionality to export a page property report to excel, save it in confluence home temp folder, addkey in gatekeeper for the same url. but when we try to hit the URL once the file is created in temp folder, it redirects to page with below msg. This issue is noted only after confluence upgraded to 8.5. in confluence 7.13 same functionality worked fine with file getting downloaded by hitting the URL.

@Vikas Jain you could use the API to add the file and then there would be no problem for sure.  The API will create the file, and everything else needed for the file to be linkable in Confluence. Just adding it manually to the file structure will not work.
