Hi there,
My role is Org admin and I'm trying to reactivated an account, I steps was Managed accounts - Find the user - Click "Reactivated", and I also go inside the account details then sent verification email to the user.
However, the user clicked on the link inside the mail, but she was brought to a wrong, I tried to invite this user again but still failed, error message is like screenshot below.
Did I do anything wrong or some steps were missing?
Kindly let me know the solutions, thanks in advanced.
Best,
Jack

I had some issues with users, I removed them and now I'm trying to invite them again and I get the message that users are suspended. Why? How can I get them back?
