Unable to access Confluence

When attempting to access any EG confluence page, I get the following error message 

Not Permitted

You are not permitted to perform this operation.

Please advise fix!

welcome to the Atlassian community!

first of all, a Confluence Admin need to check permission for your user. In particular you should be able to access Confluence trhrough a Global permission (can use) and then specific permissions for page/space you are trying to access
