Unable to add team to the database entry which accepts users

I have created a database in Confluence. One of the columns represents user information and can take multiple values.

The issue is that it says it can accept either a user or a team, but when I search for a team, it does not appear in the search list. Because of this, I need to add the team members manually, which breaks the use of Teams in this flow.

I’m not sure if I missed anything, but any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Note: The team and Confluence are in the same space.

I have the same problem and can't search or add teams. I'd assume either the field placeholder is misleading or it's a bug.

It might be related to this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-81912 you maybe want to check if this is the case in your instance.
