Unable to attach document through drag and drop

We cannot add attachment to any pages in our instance. The document is properly loaded as an attachment but doesn't appear on the page itself. The option of adding a label to the document as a manual workaround doesn't work either.

This function stopped working on 09Dec2021. We are using the new editor. 

Does anyone knows another workaround? Or is that a bug?

@Marie Have you cleared your browsers cache?  This usually fixes my minor hiccups when I have them in cloud.
