Unable to delete the Screen

I am unable to delete the Unused  Screens from the JIRA screen Page. It is not associated to any workflows or any screen scheme. Kindly please help me out with this issue.

i am not getting any error. i am unable to see the delete option for deleting a screen which is unused

Did you check in another browser and private window and also can you check if this happening for only unused screen deletion or with unused workflow, workflow, schemes, etc as well.

Also try clear your browser cache, cookies and history as well if that helps.

It's probably a wrong relation in the database.
