Unable to import confluence back up from 2019

Hello everyone trying to get some help restoring my confluence from 2019. The back file file looks like this.

I tried both "Import Site" and "Import Spaces" option under administration but he import fails at 17% for both. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help will be appreciated because I have important information on those pages and would like to retrieve them. Thank you so much.

Make sure the version you are trying to import is either on the same version you took the backup or the version in that series itself.
