This is odd one. I have a confluence space admin that is unable to add any links. When ever he uses the add link option and tries any type of link the insert button is greyed out.
We've tried different web browsers, PC's, changed access levels and this does not fix the issue. We use SSO and his login is managed in AD.
Does anyone have any idea's on what could be causing the issue - thanks.
This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen, but right-click/past does not work in this environment. Control-v does. Paste the link using the control-v command, and the insert button magically appears.
Did you resolve this? My first thoughts are:
1) Look in confluence home logs\atlassian-confluence.log and see if there are any errors.
2) What browser is he using?
3) Does he have any browser plugins that might be breaking things?
