Unable to reach Slack

We were able to get our Jira server connected to Slack easily.

But Confluence (on a different server) does not want to connect to Slack.  Also there's a minor issue (related?) with the button not displaying correctly.

Any ideas?

All set - we had a problem with our certificate store.
