Unable to restore on New Confluence Install

Our current confluence server has been giving us an issue. We are still actively working on it but we are trying to at least light up another server with the same data. 

I have set up a new server with Confluence install. I have been using the embedded Database and will like to get it moved over. Currently on the page where it asked to place the XML zip under the restore file of the new server. 

I do not have a manual backup like how it is stated here:

Any way I can back it up manually using the Program Files folder to create my own back and move to the Restore folder? If so, how?

Was the automatic backup function activated in the faulty Confluence?
If so, the last backup is located under the directory .... / backups as a zip file.
If this exists, then perform a new installation and restore the existing backup in the initial setup.

I have already tried compressing the Confluence Home Directory but I get the following error:
