There are various reasons as to why you get these error messages. collaborative editing might not work properly or web application firewall is blocking access to certain traffic. Please see below articles might be of help - let us know how it goes.

Hello,
Unfortunately, we can't help you based on this report alone. There can be several reasons - such as a loss of connection to the database, a problem in Confluence, a problem with the web server, etc.

You can see at Saving Page Throws Unable to Communicate with Server message 

For analysis we need to see the error message from <confluence-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log

The log says that you have run out of space in the database - more space needs to be allocated.

Absolutely correct. I have upgraded my SQL and everything is working as I expected.
