Unable to upgrade Confluence 7.2.x to 7.3.x.

I tried to upgrade confluence 7.2.1 to 7.3.1, 7.3.2, 7.3.3, 7.3.4 through using the installer on Windows.

But during the backup of installation directory and home directory by installer, the server is shutdown showing fatal error on the screen. The backup files was broken. I guess backup was not completed.

When I upgrade confluence 7.2.1 to 7.2.2, there was no trouble. What is the difference between 7.2.x and 7.3.x?

Please give me a solution.
