Unable to upload attachments through Attachment macro in Confluence?

I am the Jira Admin, I am ale to upload files using attachment macro but my users are unable to upload. How to enable them to upload.

Hi, 

For a user to add attachments in a space they will need to be permissioned to do so.

• To access space permissions, select 'Space Tools' in the bottom left corner while in the space. 
• From there, select 'Permissions', and you will see the breakdown.
  • You'll want to be sure the users/group have a green checkbox under 'Attachments | Add'

As an admin, you can also set Default space permissions by accessing 'Users & Security' in the Admin panel.

Thanks for the reply, all the above stated permissions has been granted already. For reference I have attached the screenshot. Please suggest me on editing.
