Unable tp add pages in WIki pages, please help

Could you describe your issue in more detail? Are you not able to create Pages in a Space perhaps?

I would check your Space Permissions as a first step - you'll need to find a Space Admin, then they can...

Select Space Settings (left-hand menu)
Under the Space Permissions section, select General
Check your individual user, or a Group you are part of, has the permission "Add" under the "Pages and Whiteboards" section
