Updating a page title results in error message

Editing a page title and clicking 'update' has suddenly started to result in the below error message showing

Additional findings:

- This is affecting wiki pages only; not blog posts

- It's a site-wide issue

- It's only affecting the live environment, not dev

- The URL shown for the error message is the URL that the wiki page should have with the updated title.

Eg:

1. Original page title is /spacekey/This+page
2. Edit page
3. Change page title to This page 1
4. Click update
5. Page loads with above error message, and URL /spacekey/This+page+1

Anyone seen this before, and now how to resolve it? We're on Confluence v6.4, IE11. We can't use another browser.

it looks like you don't have to permission to update the title. A new permission scheme might have been implemented in PROD. Contact your admin.

I *am* an admin :) Have admin rights at global level and also space level. Nothing's changed that I'm aware of for permissions
