Upgrade after Feb 2 with maintenance

I have Confluence with payed maintenance: can i upgrade to Confluence 7.10 after Feb 2 2021?

For now i can't upgrade because i have MSSQL database 2014 and the upgrade of DB is scheduled on May 2021.

The same question is for JIRA, i have 8.4 and i want to upgrade but i have the same DB problem.

Yes.

You won't be able change your number of users from Feb 2022, but all that changes in 2021 is that you won't be able to buy a new server licence.  Maintenance remains in place and you will be able to renew and continue with upgrades through to Feb 2024
