Upgrade to version that released when license was still active

Our license for Confluence server expired March 1, 2023, and the 7.19.6 LTS version released on February 20, 2023. Are we still able to upgrade to that release since it came out before our license lapsed, or would we need to buy a license extension to install that as all upgrades are disabled without support, regardless of when the update released?
